Do you own shares of stock X?

We might. Growth Stock Watch started as a collection of articles that one individual investor wrote - to watch the growth stocks in his own portfolio. Our editors reserve the right to own shares of any company that we watch.

Do you accept payment for coverage?

    No.

Why do you “stand behind” stock X?

Just to clarify, we do not “stand behind any one particular stock. We follow the stock because we are following the business.

There are thousands of small publicly traded securities that do not receive analyst coverage. Each of them is a business. This web site provides us with a forum to research and follow what is going on with a small number of their businesses.

Should you have ideas for new stocks that we could cover, we have an open submission policy. Please read this for more information.

Should I invest in stock X?

Stock X is one of a number of publicly traded securities in its industry. Although we have chosen to cover Stock X, it is entirely possible that a different stock may be more suited for your personal portfolio. We recommend taking the time to find an investment you feel comfortable with.

Before making any investment decision, you should speak with a qualified financial adviser.

    Are you a Financial Adviser?

No. We are not financial advisers, and we do not offer financial advice.

    What is a Pink Sheet?

Pink Sheet companies are often small companies with market capitalizations of just a few million dollars. Companies that are traded as pink sheet securities are not subject to the same degree of governmental regulation that a company trading on the New York Stock Exchange may be subject to. For example, they are not required to disclose financial statements. Investments such as these are very risky and not for everyone.
