Bravo Foods announced that it has reached an agreement to extend their U.S. license to produce Slammers beverages, including Milky Way and Starburst. The extension adds five years to the original agreement. Bravo Foods now has the license to produce those branded beverages through December 31, 2012.

Green Star Products announced that it will be building continuous flow, waterless biodiesel refineries under joint venture arrangements, and that the company has entered into final negotiations to construct two biodiesel refineries.

Bravo Foods announced that their 2005 revenue was $11.9 million, a huge jump over 2004 revenue of $3.3 million. The company reported a net loss of $14.8 million in 2005 versus $4.2 million in 2004.

Bravo Foods has announced that they will be hosting a conference call tomorrow, March 30, 2006, at 4:30pm. The call will discuss 2005 financial results.

COSI announced the appointment of Michael O’Donnell to their Board of DIrectors. They also announced that Edna Morris and Terry Diamond will be stepping down.
Mr. O’Donnell’s more than 20 years of industry experience includes being President and CEO of Sbarro, Inc. as well as with an executive with Outback Stakehouse.
