    Jones Soda Earns Four Cents in 3Q05

    Jones Soda recently announced earnings of $0.04 per diluted share for the 3rd quarter, 2005.

    Unfortunately, the news release also shows that Jones Soda’s total 2005 earnings (so far) are only three cents per share.

    Jim Cramer Says: Don’t Buy COSI

    COSI was mentioned on Jim Cramer’s “Mad Money Lightening Round” Friday evening.

    But it wasn’t the best news. In fact, Cramer said his take was “it merits don’t buy“.

    Green Star Applauds American Trucking Association; Says Biodiesel Working Its Way Into Nation’s Fuel Supply

    Green Star Products recently issued a press release applauding the American Trucking Association’s support of the 5% biodiesel blend.

    The American Trucking Association is advocating a single national diesel fuel. Their board of directors has advocated 5% biodiesel as part of the national diesel fuel standard.

    According to the press release, Green Star’s President, Mr. LaStella, stated that “American Biofuels is planning additional biodiesel plants in other key states.”

    The AP is reporting that COSI’s 3rd quarter revenue number missed consensus estimates.

    COSI Still Overpriced; Offers “Nagurski” Sandwich

    COSI recently announced that they will be offering a pulled-pork sandwich called the “Nagurski” for a limited time.

    For those watching COSI, I personally think the stock is overpriced right now. Yes, it did double over the course of the year. In my opinion, it was more due to management’s road show than their fundamentals.
